On the 8th July 2018, the Muslim Women’s Council (MWC) and Islamic Institute for Development and Research (IIDR) held a seminar titled “Reclaiming the Mosque” which consisted of lunch, a talk and a Q&A
The seminar was led by Consultants from Bradford Teaching Hospitals, and covered the current situation, displaying a clear lack of organs being donated amongst the group of people requiring them the most, members of the BAME community.
