• This service is open to both men and women.
• The process of a Sharia divorce case may take between three to six months, in certain circumstances this length of time may vary.
• You may be required to attend meeting(s) with the National Sharia Council panel, via Zoom or by telephone.
• The National Sharia Council’s divorce procedures are carried out according to the Quran and Sunnah.
