Muslim Women’s Council is a grassroots charity committed to empowering women and strengthening communities. We exist to amplify women’s voices, promote equality, and advance social justice through meaningful education, engagement, and action.

We work to widen access to opportunity, tackle disadvantage, and challenge discrimination in all its forms. At the same time, we create safe, inclusive spaces where women can build confidence, develop skills, and grow into leadership roles. Through partnerships with local organisations, public services, and community groups, we address key issues including wellbeing, civic participation, and family and community cohesion.

Everything we do is rooted in a commitment to positive, lasting change. We support women to realise their potential and ensure their perspectives are heard in the decisions that shape their lives, their families, and wider society.
