The session was on how Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his family practiced Ramadan, how their habits can be applied to the modern way of life and what we can learn from their experiences.
The first half of the seminar was a session on, the beautiful, witty, and intelligent granddaughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Sakina’s (RA) story. And the second half consisted of an interactive session on hate crime and the hijab.
On Tuesday 7th March 2017, Aina Khan returned to Bradford at the Mercure Bankfield Hotel to lead the ‘Register Our Marriage’ (ROM) Roadshow hosted by the Muslim Women’s Council.
On the 25th February 2017, the Muslim Women's Council held an event titled “Enlightened Minds: In Formation”. This event was open to all women over the age of 16.
