The Muslim Women’s Council hosted their first Eid party for Curry Circle service users. Over 250 people celebrated togetherness at this event, which was attended by service users, faith representatives, volunteers and business owners. This included representatives from the Hindu, Muslim, Baha’i, Sikh, Jewish, Buddhist and Christian communities. The food was sponsored by MyLahore and Aziz Catering.
Bana Gora “Eid this year has been overshadowed by the atrocities we have been witnessing on a daily basis”. A Palestinian flag was displayed for people to express their thoughts. Keep an eye out for the flag as it will be popping up in various locations in Bradford!
