Muslim students from various mosques in Burnley, Lancashire, gathered to compete in the Inter Madrasah Football tournament.
This was the first Inter Madrasah Football Tournament hosted by Stoneyholme Community Project at Crow Wood Soccer.
Queensgate Islamic Centre triumphed against Jamia Masjid Ghausia Burnley in the final.
Noor Miah, organiser, said:
It was incredible to see all the Mosques coming together for the betterment of the community. You could see the smiles on the children who have been talking about the tournament for weeks. It was nice to witness some excellent talent and sporting rivalry between teams.
